L’objectif théorique et pratique de cette formation de plus de 2h est de présenter les bases, les principes et les modalités de pose pour bien réaliser un strapping. Dans le cadre d’une pratique habituelle de cabinet ou de kinésithérapie du sport, découvrez plus de 25 montages strapping pour l’épaule, la main, le coude, le poignet, la cuisse, le genou, la cheville et le pied.

À propos

Fréquemment utilisée par les kinés du sport, la technique du Strapping est une méthode de contention plus ou moins souple, le plus souvent adhésive, permettant de protéger, stabiliser ou mettre au repos une structure anatomique lésée (Ligament, tendon, muscle).
Essentiellement utilisées à visée thérapeutique en traumatologie ou en orthopédie, cette technique peut être très pertinemment utilisée dans un but préventif pour la reprise d'activité loisirs, sportive ou professionnelle. 
La bonne qualité de réalisation et l’efficacité des montages nécessite un enseignement pratique et rigoureux aux bonnes techniques de poses.

Jean-Michel GRAND vous apporte son expérience de Kinésithérapeute du Sport depuis plus de 15 ans auprès d'équipes nationales de Rugby à XV et à XIII (XV de France, France U20) ou d’équipes professionnelles (USAP, LOU, Dragons Catalans).

Objectifs de la formation

Formation ayant pour objectif l'acquisition des différentes techniques de poses de Strapping pour les applications les plus courantes de cabinet et de traumatologie sportive.
Vous apprendrez à réaliser pas à pas des contentions articulaires, des montages de suppléances tendineuses et des montages compressifs.

Méthodologie et pédagogie

Composée d’une partie théorique et de très nombreux exemples pratiques, cette formation vous explique en détail, grâce à des vidéos complètes de montages en multi Cam, les modalités et bonnes pratiques de poses de Strapping.

Prérequis

Aucun prérequis n’est nécessaire pour pouvoir participer à cette formation. Cependant, nos formations sont créées par des professionnels de la santé et sont destinées au même public. Il est donc fortement conseillé de disposer des compétences de la(des) profession(s)s ci-après : masseur-kinésithérapeute, médecin rééducateur et ostéopathe.

    Bonne formation pour les praticiens qui accompagnent des équipes sportives.
    Celle-ci devrait être proposée dans un programme de formation pour tous les professionnels et non-professionnels qui accompagnent des équipes de sportifs ou des sportifs individuels.

    Bien filmé
    Bien filmé pour comprendre les montages.
    Peut-être la partie sur la cheville à faire de façon plus lente afin de bien comprendre les différents temps de tension.
    Un petit plus aurait été sur une petite présentation de tous les matériels existants dans cet univers et des petits conseils vis à vis de la mise en place sur terrain.
