Epaule gelée

L’épaule gelée, encore appelée capsulite rétractile ou périarthrite-scapulo-humérale est une atteinte qui présente de nombreux défis, tant sur le plan de l’évaluation que du traitement. Cette formation théorique et pratique de plus de 5 heures sur la prise en charge rééducative des épaules gelées répondra à toutes vos questions. 

La partie théorique comprend une mise à jour des concepts modernes en musculo-squelettique (classifications, bio-psycho-social, neurosciences de la douleur), des apports concrets en anatomie, cinésiologie et physiopathologie générale de l’épaule, une présentation complète de la physiopathologie et des recommandations de traitement de l’épaule gelée. 

Dans la partie pratique, vous découvrirez comment évaluer une épaule gelée en clinique et comment adapter le traitement à travers la présentation de séquences d’éducation thérapeutique, de stratégies centrées sur le système nerveux, de techniques passives et actives (plus de 100 techniques présentées).

À propos

L’épaule gelée est un vrai défi thérapeutique qui nécessite des compétences élargies tant sur le plan du raisonnement, de l’éducation, que des techniques passives et actives. Cette formation brasse l’ensemble de ces problématiques en questionnant également les doutes soulevés par cette pathologie complexe.

Matthieu Loubiere est un kinésithérapeute spécialisé en musculo-squelettique. Il est également formateur en formation initiale et continue . Il intervient notamment sur les épaules douloureuses et les rachialgies depuis près de 15 ans auprès des professionnels et des étudiants.

Objectifs de la formation

L’objectif principal de cette formation est d’améliorer les compétences pour la prise en charge des épaules gelées.

Cette formation permet : 

  • D’améliorer le raisonnement clinique des professionnels de santé
  • D’enrichir les connaissances théoriques autour de l’épaule en général, et de l’épaule gelée en particulier
  • L’apprentissage d’une procédure d’examen clinique fiable et valide
  • D’enrichir les connaissances sur les recommandations de bonnes pratiques pour cette pathologie
  • L’acquisition de compétences et de techniques de communication
  • L’acquisition de techniques passives et actives centrées sur le patient

Méthodologie et pédagogie

Cette formation se compose de 3 parties : Une partie théorique, une partie sur l’évaluation, une partie sur le traitement.

Chaque partie est richement référencée afin d’apporter un contenu le plus exhaustif possible. En outre, cet enseignement comprend de nombreuses illustrations 2D et 3D pour une meilleure compréhension de la physiopathologie de l'épaule gelée.
